Right around the corner from my hotel room at the Holiday Inn in Chelsea. I had the Belly Buster and it was perfect on the roll. Not too filling but it hit the spot for a late night meal. The attendant added lettuce and tomatoes. I was pleased to find that they wrapped the sandwich in foil and paper so it was still warm by the time I had a smoke and went back to my room. Both of the guys working were super friendly and very helpful. They have a lot of basic needs(basic essentials, breakfast, coffee/cold drinks) and are open 24 hours. They have a lot of different sandwiches both hot any cold. They also have groceries and cold cut meats. This will probably be my go to store while I'm here.

If you're anti-racism do NOT support this place. I stopped in for a beverage and one of the guys working in the deli called a guy who asked to use the bathroom a "nigger." I confronted the guy and he dismissed me. Do not give them your business.

A local suggested a corner store for good breakfast sandwiches so we found this store close by the Holiday Inn Express in Chelsea. It did not disappoint! Our egg croissants were delicious and we enjoyed chatting with some of the friendly local folks. Seating is limited, only 3 small tables, thus 4 stars.

Overpriced lousy food. I won't ever step foot in there again. Meatballs were awful and almost $9 for 2.

Why is it I don't like this place more? I come in occasionally, but I sometimes just walk out again without purchasing. They have refrigerators full of bottled juices, a grill and salad bar with tons of ingredients, and lots of snacks, plus a mini store in a back room which I think attracts the nearby students. However, it somehow leaves me cold and I can't explain why. Mostly, I come here because I'm picking something up for a colleague. The staff is nice and the cashiers are speedy.
